Although technological products have brought some comfort and prosperity to humans, their destructive consequences are not far from the eyes of philosophers of humanities. One of the challenges in this field is the value approach of determinism in the philosophy of technology. Is man at the disposal of technology or technology at the disposal of man? In any case, are goals and values ​​separable from means or not? This research aims to analyze, analyze and criticize the compensatory approach in the philosophy of technology with a value view in response to the aforementioned questions. For this purpose, firstly, the ratio of volitionism and determinism on the one hand, and the ratio of the two with essentialism and instrumentalism have been measured, then, while examining the deterministic approach to technology, its relationship with values ​​has been analyzed and investigated. The data of this research has been collected by library method and judged by logical analysis method. In criticizing the algebraic view of technology, one should pay attention to the creditable existence of technology. Therefore, he cannot keep people under his control. Another drawback of this approach is not paying attention to the logical requirements of human will and discretion in discretion-based systems such as moral and legal systems. The aforementioned analysis and investigation, in addition to the prerequisite of being attributed to value, i.e. the acquired attribute or optional verb, can lead to the conclusion that technology products cannot be considered with value. At the same time, if the ratio of technology is considered as an active verb, it can be evaluated according to the intentions of the active participant.
