This article is organized in a descriptive-analytical manner in order to explore the nature and nature of near-death experiences, based on Islamic philosophy, and places them in the scale of dream experience. The research shows that, according to the ontology and anthropology of Islamic philosophy, there are also 12 common features between dreams and NDEs - such as the soul's reduced attention to the body, the soul's return to the body, the inactivity of the external bodily senses and the activity of the inner senses and imagination, the existence of the experienced thing dependent on the soul in some cases and independent in other cases, being conscious, not needing to perform specific actions, the influence of the individual's pre-existing knowledge on the experience, and being unique - these two phenomena are of the same genus and near-death experiences are in fact quasi-dream experiences and share the same judgments as true and false, real and unreal. برای تبیین تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ NDE که اخیرا جذابیتی همگانی یافته تلاش‌های مختلفی صورت گرفته است. این مقاله به منظور واکاوی چیستی و چگونگی تجربیات نزدیک به مرک، بر پایۀ فلسفه اسلامی و با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی تنظیم شده و آنها را در ترازوی تجربۀ رؤیا قرار می‌دهد. پژوهش نشان می‌دهد با توجه به هستی‌شناسی و انسان‌شناسی فلسفه اسلامی، همچنین 12 ویژگی مشترک میان رؤیا و NDE - همانند کاهش توجه نفس به بدن، برگشت دوباره نفس به بدن، عدم فعالیت حواس ظاهری بدنی و فعالیت حواس باطنی و خیال، وجود وابسته امر تجربه شده به نفس در مواردی مستقل در موارد دیگر، آگاهانه بودن، بی نیازی از انجام اعمال خاص، تاثیر پیش داشته‌های فرد در تجربه، منحصر به فرد بودن - این دو پدیده از یک جنس بوده و تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ در حقیقت شبه الرویا بوده و در احکام همانند صادقه و کاذبه، واقعی و غیرواقعی نیز اشتراک دارند.
