abstract = {This article is an explanatory and analytic review on Ibn Sina’s philosophical view of religious experience. It is an attempt to answer some important epistemological questions about religious experience from Ibn Sina’s viewpoint. The main reference in this inquiry is his al-Isharat wa al-Tanbihat, in which he explains some of his distinctive ideas.
The most notable points in this article include the following: the root of hallucinations on the one hand, and that of true visions on the other, the reason why (and how) some true intuitions need interpretation, the process of such occasions while one is asleep or awake, the role of illness and artificial tricks, the role of piety and moral regeneration, and the gradation and hierarchical levels of such experiences, as well as the cause for the contextuality of some (and not all) pseudo-sensory experiences.

abstract_fa ={این مقاله بر آن است که با گزارش توصیفى ـ تحلیلى سخنان ابن‏سینا، دیدگاه وى را درباره تجربه دینى از منظر فلسفى تبیین کند و از این طریق، پاره‏اى از پرسش‏هاى مهم در بحث معرفت‏شناسى تجربه دینى و واقع‏نمایى این تجربه‏ها را براساس آراى ابن‏سینا پاسخ گوید. متن اصلى مورد استناد در این پژوهش کتاب الاشارات و التنبیهات ابن‏سیناست که وى برخى از آراى خاصّ خود را تنها در آن بیان کرده است. مهم‏ترین نکاتى که در این پژوهش از منظر ابن‏سینا مطرح شده، عبارت‏اند از: تبیین منشأ توهّمات خودساخته و بى‏پایه و نیز مشاهدات اصیل و واقع‏نما؛ بیان چرایى اصل و نحوه نیازمندى پاره‏اى از مشاهدات اصیل به تأویل و تعبیر؛ تشریح فرایند وقوع این رویدادها در حالت بیدارى و حالت خواب؛ توضیح نقش بیمارى، ترفندهاى ساختگى، تزکیه و تهذیب نفس و نیز قوّت و ضعف آن در حصول این تجربه‏ها؛ بیان مراتب و انواع تشکیکى آنها و نشان دادن منشأ زمینه‏مند بودن برخى (و نه همه) تجربه‏هاى شبه‏حسّى.
