He confines ideal beauty to the human being, and in such expression, pays attention to the ideas and ends of practical reason (morality), and more than that, he focuses on the product of the culture of discipline which is the result of human use of “objective purposiveness” in nature. The question is whether such a consideration contradicts Kant’s claims about judgment of taste and its subtleties. The author in this article, after describing the concepts of ideal of beauty and culture of discipline in Kant, tries to show that although the ideal of beauty is not produces on the basis of subjective teleology, and therefore, should not be called beautiful, or at least is not a pure beauty, it has a relation to the common idea of beauty, and hence can be considered beautiful and an object for aesthetic studies. <p>کانت در نقد قوه حکم، ایده آل زیبایى را «نمایش یک ایده عقلى در یک موجود منفرد» تعریف کرده است. وى که ایده آل زیبایى را صرفا به انسان محدود کرده است، در نمایش چنین ایده آلى، هم به ایده ها و غایات عقل عملى (اخلاق) و هم به نحو بیشتر به محصول فرهنگ انضباط که نتیجه استفاده انسان از «غایتمندى عینى» در طبیعت است توجه دارد. اما آیا چنین ملاحظه اى نافى دعاوى کانت در معرفى حکم ذوقى و دقایق حصول آن است؟ این نوشتار درصدد است پس از تشریح مفهوم ایده آل زیبایى و فرهنگ انضباط، نشان دهد هرچند ایده آل زیبایى اساسا بر مبناى ضابطه غایتمندى ذهنى حاصل نیامده و بنابراین نباید زیبا خوانده شود، یا دست کم یک زیبایى محض نیست، به دلیل نسبتى که با ایده متعارف زیبایى دارد مى تواند به منزله امر زیبا، در ملاحظات زیباشناختى کانون توجه قرار گیرد.</p> https://marefatfalsafi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefatfalsafi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_5.pdf
